have found the browser of your choice to surf
the internet. PC Basic Fix has two
recommendations.

1. Internet Explorer
2. Mozilla FireFox
Yes you may find several other alternatives but
these are the leading two browsers for pc's.
Although Internet Explorer is completely free so
is it's rival FireFox. The benefits of FireFox
vs. IE is great. The integrity and programming
structure of FireFox outdoes Microsoft's IE by
leaps and bounds. Also if you choose to upgrade
to FireFox all of your settings can be imported
into this browser. This means that you don't
have to re-add all your favorites, and change
the font settings, and other personalization's
that you may have. Also FireFox is much more
stable than IE. One last comment about FireFox
as to why I believe it is much better than
Internet Explorer is that it's open source. Open
source code means that programmers all over the
world can submit ideas, fixes, and additional
snippets of code keeping it more updated than
any other browser available.
Internet Explorer also has its benefits ok only
one if you consider it as a bonus... It is owned
by a corporation that has developed your
operating system. I know I will probably receive
some emails asking why I am so hard on IE but
the truth is obvious, Internet Explorer is
outdated and obsolete in the ever changing world
of the internet. |
