Printer Sharing:

If you have a home network and would like to use the same printer for all or some of the computers on your network you can configure your printer settings to do just that.

1. After you open the printers and faxes, you will see a new window open that has all of your printers in it. (You can also get to this screen from the control panel then clicking on the printers and faxes icon.

2. right click on the printer you would like to share and click on properties.

3. In the properties go to the "sharing" tab and press "share this printer" you should get an alert asking if you really want to share your printer, click yes.

4. Finish the wizard and you will be ready to share your printer. One thing to note, in most cases it is best to restart all the computers that are connected to the network to ensure the new printer is picked up by all of your network.
